As a Charter member of the Alabama Bar Association's Elder Law section, and member and former Chair of the Real Property, Probate and Trust section, I have experience with Alabama elder law and estate planning, including wills and trusts. I am also a former board member of the Alabama Planned Giving Council, former Director of Planned Giving for Birmingham-Southern College, and former regional manager for Planned Giving for the Episcopal Church Foundation in New York.  I am also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), as well as working towards certification as a “certified elder law attorney” (CELA).
